Who We Are
Eskay Cartons Pvt Ltd., is one of the leading Manufacturers of Carton Boxes in South India.
We started this unit as a partnership firm more than four decades ago with a modest turnover of Rs. 0.5 million and as of last financial year we have crossed 450 million.
Our factory measuring 75,000 Sq. Ft, built on a 10-actre property, is equipped with state of the art plant & machinery. The factory is situated at Manimangalam village on the Tambaram – Sriperambadur road.
Keeping in mind the requirements (quality, time & cost) of the new generation discerning customer, we have installed state of the art fully automated 5-ply plant imported from Europe.
The plant has the capacity to churn out 140 meters of 5 ply boards per minute equivalent to 200 boxes per minute (approx 1200 tons per month). The plant is complete with all necessary machines including Case Maker (120 Boxes per minute) equipped with Two 2 color printer-slotter, Auto folder-gluing & Stitching Machine, Ejector and Auto bundler. The plant has all types of flute rollers required by the industry. We also have a 6 color reel to reel web printer, rotary die cutter and 3 Pattern Punching Machines apart from other machineries.
We maintain optimum level of both imported and indigenous stock of Kraft paper for our customers.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 Certified company; we are also completely equipped to test the product at various stages of its manufacture. We have enclosed a separate list of testing equipment available with us for this purpose.
We are therefore able to provide our customers with superior quality boxes, at right time and at a reasonable price. Our adherence to quality, time and reasonable price has not only brought new customers but has helped to retain our existing customers as well. The fact that our turnover has increased 500 times in a span of 2 scores is a proof to this.
